Your Right to Cancel

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act:

• Three-Day Cancellation Period: You have the right to cancel your contract with us without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date you sign the agreement.​

Your cancellation notice must be postmarked or emailed before midnight of the third business day following the contract signing.​

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If you cancel within the three-day cancellation period, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.​

• No Refunds After Services Rendered: If services have been fully performed and completed, and the three-day cancellation period has passed, refunds are not available.​
